TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern the use of the DRIVER - TLF LOAD mobile application operated by Trans Logics Freight LLC, a transport company in the United Arab Emirates.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using DRIVER - TLF LOAD, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
PART A – TERMS OF USE
1. About the App
DRIVER - TLF LOAD is a mobile application provided by Trans Logics Freight LLC for transport and logistics operations. The app is intended to help drivers access trip-related information and interact with bookings made through the Trans Logics Freight system.
Through the app, drivers may:

register and log in using OTP verification
-
view available or assigned bookings
-
accept or confirm trips
-
view relevant booking details
-
access client contact details when necessary for trip fulfillment
-
manage their app account
2. Eligibility
You may use the app only if:

you are legally capable of accepting these Terms
-
the information you provide is accurate and current
-
your use of the app complies with applicable law
-
you use the app only for genuine transport, booking, or logistics-related purposes
The app may be downloaded and used by any driver.
3. Account Registration and Access
Access to DRIVER - TLF LOAD requires registration and login through OTP verification using a mobile number.
You are responsible for:

keeping your registered mobile number under your control
-
maintaining the security of your device and login access
-
ensuring that information you provide is accurate
-
all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access
You must not:
-
share OTP access with unauthorized persons
-
impersonate another person
-
create false or misleading accounts
-
attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
4. Driver Responsibilities
When using the app, you agree:

to use the app only for lawful and legitimate service-related purposes
-
to review trip details carefully before accepting any booking
-
to communicate with clients only as required for booking fulfillment
-
not to misuse client information accessed through the app
-
not to upload false, misleading, or unauthorized information
-
not to use the app in a way that may damage the company, its systems, or other users
5. Trip Acceptance and Client Contact
When a driver accepts a booking or trip through the app:
-
the driver may be shown trip-related details needed for service fulfillment
-
the driver may be shown the client’s mobile number for coordination purposes
-
the driver may use that contact information only for completing the relevant booking or trip
Client contact details must not be used for personal, promotional, unrelated, or unauthorized purposes.
6. Optional Driver and Vehicle Information
The app may allow drivers to voluntarily provide certain driver or vehicle-related information. This may include vehicle information or supporting documents if the driver chooses to upload them.
By submitting such information, you confirm that:

the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
-
you have the right to submit it
-
it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
Driver photo upload is not required.
7. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You must not:

copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app
-
use the app to commit fraud, harassment, abuse, or unlawful acts
-
collect, store, or misuse another person’s personal data
-
upload malicious code or harmful content
-
interfere with app availability, performance, or security
-
use client phone numbers or booking details for anything unrelated to the booked service
8. Suspension or Termination
Trans Logics Freight LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the app at any time if:

you breach these Terms
-
we suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized conduct
-
your use creates legal, operational, or security risks
-
continued access is no longer appropriate for business reasons
Suspension or termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or retained records that arose before access ended.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in DRIVER - TLF LOAD, including its software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials, belong to or are licensed to Trans Logics Freight LLC.
You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Service Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
We do not guarantee that:

the app will always be available without interruption
-
the app will always be error-free
-
the app will always be compatible with all devices or software versions
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trans Logics Freight LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

use of or inability to use the app
-
trip cancellation, reassignment, or operational changes
-
service interruptions or technical issues
-
reliance on information shown in the app
-
unauthorized access caused by failure to secure your device or account
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trans Logics Freight LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of:

your misuse of the app

your breach of these Terms

your unlawful use of personal data obtained through the app

false or misleading information submitted by you
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising in connection with the app or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version may be made available through the app or other official company channels.
Your continued use of the app after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

PART B – PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction
Trans Logics Freight LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data handled through DRIVER - TLF LOAD.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the DRIVER - TLF LOAD mobile application and related services used in connection with booking, trip coordination, and transport operations.

Submitting such information is optional unless separately required by the company for operational, verification, legal, or compliance reasons.

4. Data We Do Not Collect Through This App
Based on the current functionality of DRIVER - TLF LOAD:

we do not collect live location data

we do not provide in-app chat

we do not provide in-app calling

we do not process online payments through the app

we do not use Firebase analytics, crash reporting, or similar analytics tools through the app
5. How We Use Personal Data

We do not sell personal data.
6. Sharing of Personal Data

A. With Clients
When a driver accepts a trip, relevant service-related information may be made available to the parties involved in order to fulfill the booking. The driver may also see the client’s mobile number for coordination purposes.
B. Within Trans Logics Freight LLC
Authorized staff, employees, or service personnel may access relevant personal data only where necessary for operations, support, compliance, audit, or service management.
C. Service Providers
We may use trusted technical, infrastructure, hosting, or maintenance providers who support app operations. Such providers may process limited data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
D. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose personal data where required by law, court order, regulatory authority, lawful government request, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, systems, or business operations.
Google Play requires developers to clearly disclose the collection, use, handling, and sharing of user data, and to keep those disclosures accurate in the app’s privacy policy and Data safety section.
7. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases:

8. Data Retention

trip and booking records may be retained for future reference and operational record purposes

9. Account Deletion and Retained Data
The app includes a Delete Account function.
When a driver requests account deletion:

driver personal details stored in the app will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, where legally and operationally permitted

driver and vehicle details submitted through the app may be removed
-
trip and booking history may be retained for future reference, operational continuity, legal compliance, audit, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record-keeping
-
the driver’s mobile number may be retained for future contact records and related legitimate business purposes
We retain only limited information where necessary and do not keep unnecessary personal data after deletion.

If your app allows users to create an account, Google Play requires both an in-app account deletion path and a web link where users can delete the account or request deletion.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access is limited to authorized persons with a legitimate business need. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for transport and logistics business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.
12. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:
