Account Deletion Request

Users of the Trans Logics Freight app may request deletion of their account by using the Delete Account option inside the app or by emailing admin@translogicsfreight.com.

When your deletion request is processed, your account profile and most related app data will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Please note that certain limited data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit requirements, operational record-keeping, or legitimate business purposes. This may include your mobile number, booking history, and related transaction or service records where applicable.
